Marvin Certeza Lim is an American attorney and politician serving as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives for District 98. Born in the Philippines, he immigrated to Atlanta, Georgia, at the age of seven. Lim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School. In addition to his legislative work, he practices as an attorney specializing in securities litigation at the firm Holcomb + Ward, LLP. He is an active member of the AAPI Legislative Caucus within the Georgia General Assembly.
