Mary Ngwanda Georges

Mary Ngwanda Georges is a Congo-born American politician currently serving as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. Born in Fatundu, Democratic Republic of the Congo, she completed nursing training before immigrating to the United States in 1990. Prior to her legislative service, she was a member of the Manchester Board of School Committee and founded the organization Victory Women of Vision. Politically, she has been involved in local community advocacy and endorsed the Bernie Sanders 2020 presidential campaign.
