福田正明

Masaaki Fukuda is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Shimane Prefectural Assembly. Born in Matsue City in 1948, he graduated from the Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University. Before entering politics, he worked as a secretary to the Director-General of the Administrative Management Agency. He previously served two terms as a member of the Matsue City Council before being elected to the Shimane Prefectural Assembly, where he has focused on local infrastructure and regional development issues.
