Masafumi Takeuchi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Saitama Prefectural Assembly. Representing the electoral district of Moroyama, Ogose, and Hatoyama, he is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party and is currently serving his fourth term in office. Within the assembly, he contributes to the Police, Crisis Management, and Disaster Prevention Committee, as well as the Special Committee on Public Corporation Business Measures.
