小林 昌彦

Masahiko Kobayashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly representing Ono City. Before entering politics, he spent approximately 40 years in local government, including a 36-year career as a civil servant at the Ono City Hall and four and a half years serving as the Deputy Mayor of Ono. Leveraging his extensive administrative experience, he focuses on making prefectural governance more accessible to citizens and actively addressing regional issues through community engagement and transparent information sharing.
