林 正樹

Masaki Hayashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly, representing the Yamashina Ward of Kyoto City. First elected to the assembly, he has secured five terms in office. Within the assembly, he serves as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Crisis Management and Health and Welfare, and is also a member of the Special Committee on Enhancing Child-rearing Environments. He is affiliated with the Komeito party faction in the prefectural assembly.
