花崎勝

Masaru Hanasaki is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly, representing the Atsubetsu Ward. He has been elected to the assembly four times. Before entering politics, he worked at Wacoal and later served as a secretary to the late House of Representatives member Nobutaka Machimura. Within the assembly, he has held leadership roles including Chairman of the General Affairs Committee and director of the Special Committee on Food and Tourism Measures.
