Matěj Hlavatý is a Czech politician and logistics professional serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic since October 2025. He has also served as the mayor of the village of Tetín since 2014 and as a representative of the Hradec Králové Region since 2024. A member of the Mayors and Independents (STAN) movement, he previously worked in supply chain management for Vitesco Technologies and served as a parliamentary assistant. Hlavatý is an advocate for marriage equality and has been openly gay since his youth.
