Matt Regier

Matt Regier is an American businessman and politician currently serving as the President of the Montana Senate. A member of the Republican Party, he previously represented the 4th district in the Montana House of Representatives from 2017 to 2023, where he also served as Speaker of the House from 2023 to 2025. Regier, who holds a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Montana, is the owner of Stillwater Sod Corporation and a real estate investor. During his tenure as Speaker, he gained national attention for his role in the legislative proceedings involving Representative Zooey Zephyr.
