Matthias Vogler

Matthias Vogler is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Bavaria, representing the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party since 2023. Before entering politics, he served as a professional soldier in the Bundeswehr from 2000 to 2008, completing missions in Bosnia and Afghanistan, and later worked as a paramedic and office clerk. Vogler gained public attention in 2018 for protesting during the swearing-in of Angela Merkel. He currently serves on the Committee for Health, Care and Prevention in the Bavarian state parliament.
