Maurice Ntossui Allogo is a Gabonese military officer and politician currently serving as the Minister of Water and Forests. A career soldier who joined the Gabonese army in 1996, he is a graduate of the Special Military School of Saint-Cyr and the United States Army War College. He previously held high-ranking positions in the Gabonese Armed Forces, including Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army. Following the 2023 coup d'état, he joined the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions (CTRI) and serves as the military cabinet director for President Brice Oligui Nguema.
