Mehmet Fatih Kacır is a Turkish politician and entrepreneur currently serving as the Minister of Industry and Technology. A graduate of Boğaziçi University with a degree in industrial engineering, he previously founded and managed companies in the technology and food sectors. Kacır was a co-founder of the Türkiye Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and played a pivotal role in launching Teknofest. Before his appointment as Minister in 2023, he served as the Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology starting in 2018, where he focused on national technology initiatives, strategic research, and the development of high-tech infrastructure.
