Melanie Erasim is an Austrian politician and a member of the National Council representing the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ). She first served in the National Council from 2017 to 2019 and returned to the chamber in April 2021. Within the SPÖ parliamentary group, she has served as a spokesperson for tourism. Before her parliamentary career, she worked as a parliamentary assistant and press officer, and held positions with ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG. Erasim has also been active in regional politics, serving as the district chair of the SPÖ in Mistelbach since 2015.
