Melchor Diclas

Melchor Daguines Diclas is a Filipino politician and physician who has served as the Governor of Benguet since 2019. A graduate of Saint Louis University with a degree in medicine, he previously worked as a surgical consultant and medical officer before entering politics. He served as the vice mayor and mayor of Buguias, Benguet, prior to his election as governor. His political platform focuses on enhancing public health services, supporting the agricultural sector, and promoting sports development within the province.
