Melissa Lackey Oremus

Melissa Lackey Oremus is an American politician serving as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives for the 84th District. First elected in 2019, she represents parts of Aiken County. Oremus is a member of the Republican Party and is notably affiliated with the South Carolina Freedom Caucus. In her legislative capacity, she serves on the House Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee, where she focuses on issues related to economic development and regulatory policy within the state.
