Ömer Oruç Bilal Debgici is a Turkish politician and civil engineer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for the 28th legislative term, representing the Kahramanmaraş province. Born in 1974 in Kahramanmaraş, he completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown before graduating from the Civil Engineering Department of the Sakarya Engineering Faculty at Istanbul Technical University in 1997. He is a member of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party).
