Mick de Brenni is an Australian politician serving as the Member for Springwood in the Queensland Legislative Assembly, a position he has held since 2015. He currently serves as the Manager of Opposition Business. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has held several ministerial portfolios, including Minister for Energy and Clean Economy Jobs, Minister for Energy, Renewables and Hydrogen, and Minister for Housing and Public Works. Before entering politics, he worked in the trade union movement as a campaigns officer for the Queensland Council of Unions.
