Mickey Amery

Mickey Amery is a Canadian politician who has served as the Alberta Minister of Justice since June 2023. A member of the United Conservative Party, he was first elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta in 2019 to represent the district of Calgary-Cross and was re-elected in 2023. Prior to his political career, Amery worked as a lawyer in Calgary, specializing in family, criminal, civil, and administrative law. He is an alumnus of the University of Calgary, where he earned degrees in political science, economics, and law.
