Mike Rogers

Mike Rogers is an American politician and lawyer serving as the U.S. Representative for Alabama's 3rd congressional district since 2003. A member of the Republican Party, he currently chairs the House Armed Services Committee. Throughout his tenure, Rogers has focused on national security, space militarization, and conservative policy initiatives. Before his election to Congress, he served on the Calhoun County Commission and in the Alabama House of Representatives, where he eventually became the minority leader. He is known for his staunch anti-abortion stance and his advocacy for defense industry interests.
