Mike Steele

Mike Steele is an American politician serving as a member of the Washington House of Representatives for the 12th Legislative District, a position he has held since 2017. Born in 1982 and raised in Chelan, Washington, he previously served on the Chelan City Council from 2012 to 2016. Before his legislative career, Steele worked on the White House staff during the George W. Bush administration as part of the Political Affairs Team and served as a staff member for the Washington House of Representatives Republican Caucus. He currently serves as the executive director of the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce and was recognized as a Guardian of Small Business by the NFIB in 2020.
