Mike Yin

Mike Yin is an American politician, software engineer, and businessman serving as a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives for District 16 since 2018. As the first Chinese-American legislator in Wyoming history, he has held the position of Minority Leader in the House since 2023. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Yin previously worked in the technology industry and founded the electric vehicle charging company OtterSpace. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on policy areas including education funding, minimum wage increases, and reproductive rights.
