Mikel Legarda

Mikel Legarda Uriarte is a Spanish politician and lawyer serving as a member of the Congress of Deputies representing Álava. A member of the Basque Nationalist Party, he has been elected to multiple legislatures since 2015. Before entering national politics, he had a distinguished career in the Basque Government, serving as a legal counsel since 1983, as well as holding positions such as Director of Autonomic Development and Transfers and Vice-Minister of Security. He holds a law degree from the University of Deusto.
