柴崎 幹男

Mikio Shibazaki is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly, representing the Nerima ward. First elected in 2013, he is currently in his fourth term. Before entering politics, he worked at Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance for 11 years. He is active in various local organizations, including serving as the chairman of the Nerima Ward Soccer Association and the Nerima Ward Recreation Association, and holds a fifth-degree black belt in Kendo.
