中村実

Minoru Nakamura is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Chiba Prefectural Assembly representing Funabashi. A graduate of Chuo University, he previously worked at Sumitomo Heavy Industries before beginning his political career as a member of the Funabashi City Council in 1999. He was first elected to the Chiba Prefectural Assembly in 2015 and has since been re-elected multiple times. His policy interests include education, health and welfare, and regional development, and he is active in various local civic and advocacy organizations.
