Mitch Little

Mitch Little is an American politician and attorney serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for the 65th district since 2025. A graduate of Harvard University and the University of Texas School of Law, he built a successful career as a business trial lawyer and partner at Scheef & Stone, L.L.P. Little gained significant public attention as a defense attorney for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton during his 2023 impeachment trial. In the legislature, he serves on the Committees on Transportation and Criminal Jurisprudence and has advocated for conservative policy initiatives, including legislation regarding gender-affirming care.
