三浦信祐

Nobuhiro Miura is a Japanese politician and engineer serving as a member of the House of Councillors, representing the Kanagawa Prefecture constituency. Born in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, he holds a doctorate in engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and previously served as an associate professor at the National Defense Academy of Japan.
