水野孝一

Koichi Mizuno is a Japanese politician and social entrepreneur currently serving as a member of the House of Councillors, representing the Aichi Prefecture constituency. He is widely recognized as the founder of the 'Nippon Domannaka Matsuri,' a major festival in Nagoya that he developed into a public interest incorporated foundation. Before his election to the national legislature in 2025, he served as a member of the Nagoya City Board of Education. Mizuno is a graduate of Nagoya University, where he earned a master's degree in economics, and he has been a prominent advocate for youth development and community revitalization through cultural initiatives.
