Monica Ionescu

Monica Ionescu is a Romanian politician, attorney, writer, poet, and journalist serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing Constituency No. 29 in Neamț following the 2024 parliamentary elections. She is a co-founder of the Democratic Reform Party (Democrații) and maintains a professional legal practice in both Romania and Switzerland. In addition to her parliamentary and legal career, she has authored several works of poetry and children's philosophy literature, and she was elected president of the Romanian branch of the International Union of Creative People in January 2026.
