Monika Rubin

Monika Rubin is a Danish politician and physician serving as the Minister of Social Affairs and Minister of Nordic Cooperation, as well as a Member of the Folketing for the Moderates representing the Copenhagen constituency. Educated as a medical doctor from the University of Copenhagen with a Ph.D. in health sciences, she has previously worked clinically and as a researcher before entering parliament in November 2022. Within her party, she has held roles including political spokesperson and health spokesperson, focusing her political work on pragmatic social-liberal solutions, evidence-based health policy, and the strengthening of public welfare and Nordic cooperation.
