森下千里

Chisato Morishita is a Japanese politician and former television personality, model, and race queen. She currently serves as a member of the House of Representatives and as the Parliamentary Vice-Minister of the Environment. After a successful career in the entertainment industry, she entered politics and was elected to the Diet in 2024. Morishita holds conservative political views, supporting constitutional reform and opposing the introduction of selective separate surnames for married couples and same-sex marriage. She has also served as a visiting professor at Tohoku Fukushi University and is known for her interest in regional revitalization and food self-sufficiency.
