Mulambo Haimbe

Profile

Mulambo Haimbe is a Zambian politician who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Justice, as well as the Member of Parliament for Lusaka Central from 2021 to 2026. A member of the United Party for National Development (UPND), he was initially appointed to President Hakainde Hichilema's cabinet as Minister of Justice in September 2021. He later took on the role of acting Foreign Affairs Minister in December 2023 before being officially appointed to the post in June 2024. In May 2026, Haimbe announced his withdrawal from contesting the 2026 general election.
