Mustafa Cihan Paçacı

Mustafa Cihan Paçacı is a Turkish politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly for Istanbul. Born in Malatya in 1949, he graduated from the Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences. Before his parliamentary career, he held significant leadership roles in the banking sector, including serving as an executive at Şekerbank and as chairman and general manager for Etibank, Halkbank, and Ziraat Bankası. He has served multiple terms in the Turkish Parliament, representing Elazığ, Ankara, and Istanbul. In 2018, he joined the Good Party (İYİ Parti), where he has held various senior administrative positions, including Secretary General and Head of Corporate Relations.
