Mustafa Savaş is a Turkish politician and former bank executive currently serving as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, representing the province of Aydın for the Justice and Development Party (AKP). Born in 1965 in the Çine district, he holds a degree from the Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences. Before entering politics, he had a long career at Halkbank, where he served in various senior roles including deputy general manager. Since his election to parliament in 2015, he has been active in the Planning and Budget Commission and has held leadership roles within the AKP's local government department.
