Hamis Mwinjuma, widely known by his stage name Mwana FA, is a Tanzanian musician and politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Muheza constituency. Before entering politics, he established himself as a prominent figure in the Tanzanian music industry as a member of the East Coast Team. In February 2023, he was appointed by President Samia Suluhu Hassan to serve as the Deputy Minister for Culture, Arts and Sports. Beyond his legislative and ministerial duties, he remains active in the arts sector, including his role as a board member of the National Arts Council (BASATA).
