枝廣直幹

Naoki Edahiro is a Japanese politician and former bureaucrat currently serving as the Mayor of Fukuyama, Hiroshima. Born in 1955, he graduated from Hitotsubashi University and spent many years in the Ministry of Finance, holding various high-level positions including Director-General of the Kinki Local Finance Bureau. He entered local politics in 2016, winning his first mayoral election with broad support. Since taking office, he has prioritized urban redevelopment, specifically focusing on the revitalization of the area around Fukuyama Station and regional economic development.
