早坂 義弘

Yoshihiro Hayasaka is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly, representing the Suginami ward. A member of the Liberal Democratic Party, he has been elected to the assembly for six consecutive terms since 2005. Hayasaka holds a background in disaster prevention, having helped establish the Japan Bosai-shi Organization and serving as a visiting researcher at Meiji University.
