Narcisse Mouelle Kombi is a Cameroonian academic, writer, and politician currently serving as the Minister of Sports and Physical Education. An agrégé in public law and political science, he previously held the position of Minister of Arts and Culture from 2015 to 2019 and served as a special advisor to the President of Cameroon. Beyond his political career, he is a professor at the University of Yaoundé II and a traditional chief of the Bona’Anja Siga Bonjo village. He is a member of the central committee of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement.
