Navendu Mishra

Navendu Mishra is a British Labour Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Stockport since 2019. Before entering national politics, he worked for the John Lewis Partnership and as a trade unionist for UNISON, where he focused on organizing care workers. A former member of the Labour Party's National Executive Committee, Mishra has been associated with the party's left wing and previously served as a Parliamentary Private Secretary to Angela Rayner. He was re-elected in 2024 and continues to represent the Stockport constituency.
