Neelima Katiyar is an Indian politician serving as a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing the Kalyanpur constituency. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, she was first elected to the assembly in 2017. In August 2019, she was appointed as a Minister of State in the cabinet of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. She is the daughter of Prem Lata Katiyar, a former minister in the Uttar Pradesh government, and holds degrees from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University.
