Neil Bibby

Neil Bibby is a Scottish Labour and Co-operative politician who has served as a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the West Scotland region since 2011. Born in Paisley and educated at the University of Glasgow, he previously served as a councillor for Renfrewshire Council. Throughout his parliamentary career, Bibby has held several frontbench roles, including Shadow Minister for Education and Young People and Shadow Minister for Transport and Town Centres. He currently serves as the Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, External Affairs and Culture. His political work has focused on regional development, education, and local governance, and he remains an active voice within the Scottish Labour Party.
