Neil Garratt

Neil Garratt is a British politician who has served as a Member of the London Assembly for the Croydon and Sutton constituency since 2021. A member of the Conservative Party, he previously held the position of leader of the Conservative Group in the London Assembly from 2023 to 2025. In addition to his assembly duties, he served as a councillor for the Belmont ward on the Sutton London Borough Council until 2026. He continues to represent his constituents in the London Assembly following his re-election in 2024.
