Rondinelle Pereira de Freitas, known as Nelinho, is a Brazilian politician currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies. Born in Russas, Ceará, he holds a degree in Administration with postgraduate studies in Finance and Public Management. He previously served as a state deputy in the Legislative Assembly of Ceará from 2019 to 2023, where he chaired committees on regional development and industry. In 2023, he was appointed as a Special Advisor to the Government of Ceará before assuming his federal mandate in 2025.
