Nerijus Cesiulis

Nerijus Cesiulis is a Lithuanian politician who has served as the Mayor of Alytus since 2019. A member of the Social Democratic Party of Lithuania, he previously served as a member of the Alytus municipal council from 2007 to 2019. Beyond his local government career, Cesiulis has been recognized as a prominent political figure, having been considered as a candidate for the presidency of Lithuania in 2024 and offered a ministerial position within the national government.
