Nick Markham

Nick Markham, Baron Markham, is a British businessman and politician serving as a member of the House of Lords. Appointed as a life peer in 2022, he previously served as a Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department of Health and Social Care. Before entering national politics, Markham held various leadership roles in the private sector, including as chairman of London & Continental Railways and chief executive of Top Up TV. He also served as a councillor and deputy leader of Westminster City Council from 1990 to 1998.
