Nicola Sturgeon

Nicola Sturgeon is a Scottish politician who served as the First Minister of Scotland and Leader of the Scottish National Party from 2014 to 2023. A law graduate of the University of Glasgow, she worked as a solicitor before being elected to the Scottish Parliament in 1999. Throughout her career, she held several key cabinet positions, including Health Secretary, and played a central role in the Scottish independence movement. She currently serves as a Member of the Scottish Parliament for Glasgow Southside.
