Nicole Bonnefoy is a French politician who has served as a Senator for the Charente department since 2008. A member of the Socialist Party, she previously held the position of Vice-President of the Poitou-Charentes Regional Council from 2004 to 2008. In addition to her national parliamentary duties, she has served as a departmental councilor for Charente since 2008, representing the canton of Boixe-et-Manslois. Before her election to the Senate, she worked as a parliamentary attaché for Jérôme Lambert.
