Nieves Esmeralda Limachi Quispe is a Peruvian politician and architect who serves as a Member of the Congress of the Republic of Peru representing Tacna. Having studied architecture at the Private University of Tacna, she previously worked as a congressional adviser and entered parliament in November 2021 as a substitute following the death of Fernando Herrera Mamani. Throughout her legislative career, she has been affiliated with political groups such as Perú Libre and Perú Democrático, and currently chairs the Special Multiparty Commission for Child Protection.
