Nina Obuljen Koržinek is a Croatian politician, violinist, and political scientist who has served as the Minister of Culture and Media since 2016. Born in Dubrovnik, she holds a PhD in political science from the University of Zagreb, where she focused her doctoral research on the impact of international integration on national cultural policies. Before her ministerial appointment, she built a career in cultural policy and diplomacy, having graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is a member of the Croatian Democratic Union and has been a key figure in the cabinets of Prime Minister Andrej Plenković.
