Nitesh Narayan Rane

Nitesh Narayan Rane is an Indian politician serving as a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly for the Kankavli constituency. The son of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Narayan Rane, he began his career by founding the non-governmental organization Swabhiman Sanghatana, which focuses on social issues such as youth unemployment and public amenities. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various local advocacy initiatives, including campaigns against water mafias in Mumbai. Rane has held positions within the Youth Congress and later transitioned to the Bharatiya Janata Party.
