Nitin Agarwal

Nitin Agarwal is an Indian politician currently serving as the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Excise and Prohibition in the government of Uttar Pradesh. A four-time member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing the Hardoi constituency, he has held various ministerial portfolios, including Health and Family Welfare, and MSME and Export Promotion. Agarwal previously served as the Deputy Speaker of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly. He is the son of veteran politician Naresh Chandra Agarwal and has been a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party since 2022.
